PLEASE NOTE: Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company, payment authorization, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

 

Delivery address:

We give authority to leave for all our parcels with our courrier service. For this reason, we suggest you provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive your parcel. If a business address is provided, our courrier company require the business' name. Should no one be present at delivery, the parcel will be left at the address. Once an order has been dispatched, Mirela Trading FZE is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.

You can track your order through the Airway bill number we will send you via e-mail.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

For all local deliveries in UAE, you will receive your order within 1 to 2 business days. For all international deliveries, you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.

What is your return policy?

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery and receiving your merchandise.

Please note that we can only accept returns of unworn items, returned with the original hangtags and original bag shipped with. We will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5 to 7 days to reach to your bank, depending on your bank processing times.

Does return cost anything?

Returns are completely free within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we do not accept returns. 

 

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 48 hours of returns upon quality check. Card refund take between 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank processing time.

 

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refund are issued within 48 hours of receiving the items in our facility after quality approval and that the items is inspected. All retuned items must have hangtags and original poly bag to be approved for return. Card refund take 5 to 7 working days.

 

Can I return multiple orders at the same time?

No items from separate orders must be returned in separate packages.

 

What if my item is damaged?

Can I exchange an item?

Mirela does not accept exchange. You would need to place another order in order to get a new items. Please contact us at contact@mirela-shop.com

 

How do I return my item when I purchased in internationally?

International returns can be done under 14 days. A store credit will be issued.

You will need to return the good back. To ship an item back to us please contact us at  contact@mirela-shop.com with your order number and the details of the item to be returned. Once our team has approved the return, please pack it and include the invoice within the box.  On the airway bill, please include your invoice number and note “ return shipment to UAE”  Please share the tracking number with us.
